The 8th Street Cabana project is part of a historical, Spanish-style home West Palm Beach is well known for.
The Cabana portion built towards the back is demanding a more inclusive set of updates that will tie the structure back into the main home and pool area. Working with architects and within historical building codes will allow us to modernize the use of this space without sacrificing characteristics of the 1920’s.
The space was completely transformed by creating new entrances towards the back of the garage and the side wall facing the pool area. The owners now have an airy space for entertaining guests poolside with private and public showering and changing areas.
